In case your development hub has been running at commit ebc84eab3fc6b2ee29afd13295f47419f16d2fe1 for an extended time, please git pull again and run this SQL query manually after git pull:
update xchan set xchan_deleted = 2 where xchan_network = 'zot' and xchan_deleted = 0;
