Clone channels & sync

Hi

Suppose I have a main channel with a gallery and a wiki, and a cloned channel.
Each time I add an image to the gallery or edit a page on the wiki, on the main channel, it's synched with the clone. Perfect.

But suppose now that the main channel is down.

What happen if I add an image or edit a wiki page on a cloned channel while main channel is down? Does it synch with others clones? Will it synch with the main channel when it is up?
