Deploy Hubzilla and Traefik using Docker Compose

Since the Hubzilla Start shutdown is imminent, I deployed a new Hubzilla instance and cloned my channel to it. The magic of Zot made this process pretty seamless. What was not seamless was updating my Docker Compose system to use Debian Buster and Traefik v2 and refactoring the configuration using a single environment variable file.

I've been out of the loop for a while, so if there is an "official" Hubzilla Docker image I can try contributing to that as well.

I do not about any offical Docker image, @Andrew , but @Sébastien Huss has one at Docker Hub

@Haakon Meland Eriksen (Parlementum) Thanks for the link. His looks much more comprehensive, but I do notice a few little things to improve based on mine (for example, sSMTP is no longer maintained and so it is recommended to use mSMTP instead).

Also, I just noticed some major flaws in the structure of mine that I am trying to fix right now. It's difficult to test this stuff. For instance, it's not clear how federation is affected if you keep updating the location_hash for the same domain.

I fixed the problems, so it should work for anyone now. One of the goals is to make the deployment as idempotent as possible. If you run docker-compose up the first time it should bootstrap the instance into a working state, and if you run it again it should not break anything.

It would be great if someone was able to test it independently and provide feedback.
