Widget Interface - Hubzilla Core or Neuhub?

Streams has added a file called WidgetInterface that allows you to easily use custom widgets in the PDL Editor.

All of my Neuhub themes will require this file, so it is currently included when you install Neuhub.

Would this be better in the Hubzilla core?

@Harald Eilertsen I am attempting to upstream WidgetInterface, but in the meantime, it is a requirement.

And even if that code is upstreamed, that still leaves the issue of custom code.
