PROTIP: When you have multiple installations of various revisions of the same system and you are reviewing logs for errors that have been reported - - - make double, triple and quadruple sure that you're actually looking at the logs on the RIGHT installation - especially if you don't see the reported error in the logs, and the report comes from a very reputable source.
